Returns 📦

Here at LboroVintage, we take pride in knowing you are happy with your purchase. However, we know that this isn't always the case. If you're looking to return your order, for whatever reason, we're happy to help! 

For our £10 Sale happening from Midday Feb 2nd to Midnight Feb 4th, we will not be accepting returns or refunds on this discount period. 

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order 🧳

How do I return my order? 😯

Email us at returns@lborovintage.com your order number and a brief reason to why the item is being returned. We will then send you a confirmation email to confirm delivery methods, whether by post or face-to-face at one of our pop-ups! 😄

Please note that our pop-ups shops predominantly run during Loughborough University term time.

Please note the following:

• Discounted/on sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must be returned in the original sold condition and have no additional signs of wear or use that was not present when the item was received. If this is not met then no refund will be issued
• You will be required to pay any shipping fees associated with returning the item back to us.
• Please expect up to 14 days for the money refunded to show in your account
• If the item is lost during the return process, a refund will not be issued
