Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. There are two ways to initiate a return:

1. Use the return portal on the Deliveries and Returns page

2. To organise a drop off at our pop-up shops. Click here to learn more

Please note the following:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must be returned in the original sold condition and have no additional signs of wear or use that was not present when the item was received. If this is not met then no refund will be issued
You will be required to pay any shipping fees associated with returning the item back to us
Please expect up to 14 days for the money refunded to show in your account
If the item is lost during the return process, a refund will not be issued
